I have been trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and in Family Systems Therapy. Along with my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)
I find that my background in these various specialized techniques allows me to better tailor my practice to each individual client. I work deeply both emotionally and experientially in order to understand attachment issues and how they impact both the individual and the couple.
